Information we collect

• Listing information you submit (name, facility, mailing address, bio, photos, optional video).
• Contact information for the person submitting a listing (email address).
• Account information if you create an account: your email address, or your name and email from Google if you sign in with Google. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Payment information, handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe for cards, PayPal) — we never see or store full card numbers. For Zelle payments we record the payment reference you include.
• Usage data such as pages visited, the website that referred you, your country and device type. We count this ourselves using an anonymous random ID stored in a cookie (no IP addresses), and it may also be collected via Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to publish and manage listings, process payments, communicate with you about your listing, and improve the Site. We use aggregated analytics to understand traffic and site performance.

Advertising

This Site may display ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to run the Site — payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), hosting (Render), photo and video storage (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), sign-in (Google), and analytics — and when required by law.

Data retention

Listing data is retained while a listing is active and for a reasonable period after expiration for record-keeping, after which it may be deleted upon request. Accounts that never submit a listing are deleted automatically after 30 days without a sign-in.

Your choices

You can request that your listing or account data be corrected or deleted at any time through our contact page.
