These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PenPalsOnly ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a listing, purchase a listing, or use the Site.

2. Listings

Users submitting listings are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. PenPalsOnly reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, including for violations of our Community Guidelines.

3. Payments

Listing fees are described at the time of purchase. One-time listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published. The monthly plan requires an account, renews automatically each month until canceled, and can be canceled at any time from My Account; after canceling, the listing stays up until the end of the month already paid for and you are not charged again.

4. No Guarantee of Correspondence

PenPalsOnly is an advertising platform only. We do not guarantee that any listing will receive correspondence, nor do we mediate, monitor, or take responsibility for the content of any mail exchanged between users.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to solicit money under false pretenses, harass another person, or violate any applicable law or facility mail policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PenPalsOnly is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or from correspondence initiated through it.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
