Laid-back, loyal, and looking for a real friend to write

I'm a laid-back, easygoing guy who values real, meaningful conversation. I stay disciplined, and working out is a big part of my routine that keeps my body and mind right. I also love good food and can talk about it all day, so if you've got a favorite spot or a recipe you swear by, I want to hear about it.
