When writing a letter to Oregon State Penitentiary, the envelope must be all white, inside and out. Do not use a security envelope, as it will be returned. My name is Jeffrey Burk. I am a divorced father of two amazing kids. I am very involved in their lives, as they are my priority. I am a hard worker but laid-back when I am not working. I have survived a lot of things most people can't imagine, and yet I still see the good in people. I have a sarcastic sense of humor, and some people may not get it, but that is okay, as I am hilarious. I enjoy reading, drawing, tattoos, movies, TV shows, music, the outdoors, sports, etc. I am looking for a pen pal with similar interests to start a friendship and see where it may lead.
